Kesaces is the sole co-operator of Au Pair Agentur Isaralta,
Germany, in India. It operates under contract to represent Au
Pair program for European Countries, to screen and interview
potential Au Pairs from India.
Females between the ages 18 to
24 years are given an opportunity to participate in Cultural and
Educational Exchange programs for a maximum period of 1 year.
This exchange program is called 'Au Pair Program', an Inter-Cultural
Childcare program and a participant is called an Au Pair, which
means 'on par' or 'equal'.

What program Provides

A private room and all meals in the host family's house.

A monthly payment of app. 260 Euros as payment for 30 hours
per week of Childcare services at the house of the Host
Family. In addition to it, a financial aid for the language
course is 250 Euro, paid by the family.

The Au Pair has two days off every week.

A comprehensive medical insurance policy for the Au Pair
is the provided in this exchange program by the Sponsors.

Who can apply for Au Pair EC Program

Any youngster in the age 18 to 24 years old.

A person who enjoys working with children and has
childcare experience.

Able to speak and understand in English.

Passed out a minimum secondary school.

A licensed driver of a 4 wheeler is desirable but not
necessary.

Prepared to commit up to 12 months away from home.

A good character with no history of any misconduct.

A non-smoker and in good health.
